The best by far... it was gripping and giving me angst... which was the purpose. I had to sit the book down at times cause I was scared to read more... especially after I would get to a calm part, knowing something bad might be happening next. Isaiah and Joey were a great couple, with poor Carlo left on his own pining for his true love, Isaiah, with only the memories of their past to hold onto... when Joey was taken, Isaiah would only turn to Carlo for help get him back. The tale that followed made me root more and more for the throuple! Once Joey and Carlo met, it was like Kismet. I couldn't wait for them to be together. The entire situation at the mansion and hotel had me on edge, but just as surely as Carlo was there to save Joey, Isaiah was there with the cartel calvery to save both of them... I so enjoyed this book! Who would have thought an MMM lover story with hitmen and murders would melt my heart, lol... Well, it did.❤😍 ( Reviewed in the United States on October 30, 2021 )

I absolutely love the way she writes her characters with so much depth and the chemistry between the MCs is just amazing. Sold Blood is the third book in the Cartel Wars series and I can honestly say: WOW!! This story made me feel so much I don't even know what. It had so many highs and lows and the feelings it brings out are nothing short of amazing. I will say this though, it would be a good idea if you haven't read the first two books to read those first because this is definitely a continuing saga from the first two. I, unfortunately, didn't realize that when I requested the ARC, but that's ok because I'm going to go back and read the other two so I understand in more detail the dynamic of the characters. - 5.0 out of 5 stars from Dee -- Another Great One : The addition starts with the book cover….yeah…yeah…yeah don’t judge a book by its cover they say ….well we all do it and this one here it is the scratch to your itch or better yet the filling to your oreos! Within the first chapters you get the panoramic view of whom you’re dealing with! Sometimes the past does come back to haunt you and that is the case with these three however, maybe it was all meant to happen this way. Carlos and Isaiah had a thing once, but they loved each other enough to let go fast forward and Isaiah husband Joey is taken. Isaiah knows that the man from his past is his only hope of getting him back. Carlos takes the job because he still loves this man despite, he has a husband, and he will do what it takes to ensure he is happy again to make that happen. However, he did not count on being so completely drawn to the man. Throughout this dynamic, Carlos feels like an outsider as Joey and Isaiah refuse to let him simply walk away. The chemistry between the three (yep the three) of them is insanely intense and the magnetic pull is too strong for the three of them to walk away but where will it all end, how is Joey, does Isaiah take care of the issue for good and can they find balance and happiness among the three of them?
